Delete from the app
- Open the Mr Tecy app and sign in.
- Go to Account (bottom navigation).
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and profile are removed immediately.

Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@mrtecy.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify your identity and delete your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile: name, contact details, photo, and saved addresses.
- Your booking history associated with your account.
What we may retain
We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction and invoice records needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. These are kept only for the period required and are not used to identify you for any other purpose.
